Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough fault-finding and rectification of maintenance issues.
  • Support the contract management and administration team in the operations office, handling day-to-day engineering and contract-related matters.
  • Resolve persistent and problematic recalls in a timely and effective manner.
  • Perform quality control checks on both reactive and planned preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, end-users, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Adapt to changing work schedules to meet client and business requirements.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations during regular and out-of-hours working times.
  • Maintain accurate Health and Safety records and adhere to good practice.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Contract Delivery Manager to ensure the smooth operation of contracts within the region.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the Building Services Sector.
  • Current Full UK driving license.
  • Good awareness of Health and Safety working practices.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
