We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to fill the role of Counter Shift Leads. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities at the counter and directing either opening or closing shifts. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing Counter Staff and Support Staff to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinating daily responsibilities such as product presentation, sanitation, and inventory replenishment
- Managing order processing and stock control
- Delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any issues that arise
- Engaging in leadership discussions
Additionally, candidates should be prepared to assist at various markets, contributing to multiple tasks.
