About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Lifeguard to join our team at the Ferry Leisure Centre in Oxford. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers while they enjoy their swimming activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.
  • Supervise swimming activities and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the pool area.
  • Ensure the safe handling and setup of pool equipment.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Royal Life Saving Society) and strong swimming skills.
  • Strong safety awareness and the ability to respond to emergencies.
