Join Amazon Digital UK Limited as a Sports Rights Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sports Rights Executive to join our growing EU live sports team at Amazon Digital UK Limited. As a key member of our team, you will support the Head of Sports Rights and Business Affairs in negotiating and managing sports rights for Prime Video across EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an internal champion and point of contact for live sports rights agreements, working closely with adjacent teams including Marketing, Legal, Production, and Advertising.
  • Support Amazon's relationship with rights holders and commercial partners.
  • Manage and grow adjacent commercialisation of live sports rights.
  • Take ownership of specific live sports rights negotiations.
  • Manage contractual workflow and pipeline with legal teams.
  • Input on Amazon's Live Sport strategy and help grow the live sports portfolio.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Experience in an account management, licensing, or business development role.
  • Experience negotiating complex agreements with a firm understanding of legal terminology and reasoning.
  • Experience in sports broadcast deal making.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fully qualified Lawyer with prerequisite legal qualifications.
  • Experience within the sports industry from either a broadcaster, federation, or agency.
  • Technology affinity with a natural interest in internet services and applications and enthusiasm for technical innovation.
  • Practical business judgement.
