Mental Health Advanced Nurse Practitioner

NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs.
About the Role:This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. You will be responsible for assessing patients, planning and implementing care, providing specialist advice, and maintaining accurate clinical records.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Work autonomously within the multidisciplinary team to ensure a high standard of care is delivered.
- Contribute to the training and development of the team, sharing your expertise and knowledge to enhance patient care.
- Develop and implement evidence-based protocols, documentation processes, and clinical guidelines to ensure robust governance systems are in place.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a live UK NMC Pin and a broad expert knowledge base in mental health. You will also need to have high-level communication skills and be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
