Executive Director of Operations

Parkinson Lee Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director to lead the operations of a reputable and innovative company in the Environmental Management Sector.
The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in senior management, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability within a manufacturing and distribution environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a thorough review of the business operations to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operational Management: Conduct a thorough review of the business operations to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Budget Management: Work closely with the Group Managing Director and Financial Director to set and deliver on sales and expense budgets.
- Stakeholder Representation: Act as the primary representative for the company, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and manage senior management teams, ensuring that the company's strategic goals are achieved.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality across all operations, ensuring the company's reputation for excellence is maintained.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure that all operations meet relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
