Executive Director of Operations

Parkinson Lee Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director to lead the operations of a reputable and innovative company in the Environmental Management Sector.
The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in senior management, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability within a manufacturing and distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct a thorough review of the business operations to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with the Group Managing Director and Financial Director to set and deliver on sales and expense budgets.
- Act as the primary representative for both divisions, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Motivate and manage senior management teams, ensuring that both divisions are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality across all operations, ensuring the company's reputation for excellence is maintained.
- Ensure that all operations meet relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, capable of making sound decisions that balance immediate operational needs with long-term growth objectives.
They will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire senior management teams, and a hands-on approach that ensures both strategic goals and operational efficiencies are achieved.
