We are seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Specialist to join our team at PPR Social Care. As a key member of our Adult Social Work Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social care services to adults in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and identify the needs of adults in need, and develop and implement effective care plans to meet those needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure that adults receive the best possible care and support.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and other stakeholders on adult social care legislation and best practice.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to adult social care.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience of working in adult social care, with a strong understanding of the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with adults, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Knowledge of liquid logic and experience of using it in a social care setting.
