Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality architectural outputs (drawings, specifications, schedules) utilizing Revit, adhering to project standards and timelines.
  • Coordinate layouts and develop tender and construction documentation for both medium and large-scale initiatives within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Create conceptual designs for projects, including the preparation of presentation materials, under the guidance of senior personnel.
  • Ensure all design outputs meet established standards and are feasible for construction.
  • Assist in the formulation of architectural standards and innovative solutions.
  • Foster and maintain effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Adhere to the company's Quality Assurance protocols and support the evaluation of standards and procedures to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Contract Administrators.
  • Conduct site visits to provide construction and technical assistance.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Irish architectural landscape.
  • Professionally qualified Architectural Technologist with a strong background in complex projects.
  • Familiarity with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations is essential.
