Area Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our services across Leeds, Sheffield & Doncaster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the region, providing clear frameworks for multi-disciplinary working and ensuring optimum use of resources to meet financial targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple nursery sites, ensuring high-quality services and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance, recruitment, and development.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring financial targets are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in multi-site management, preferably in the childcare sector.
- A relevant Level 5 or above Childcare qualification.
- Strong budget management and financial planning skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The role is based in Doncaster and is commutable from Leeds, Sheffield, Lincoln, Mansfield, and surrounding areas.
