About the Role:This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of patience, proactivity, and resilience. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils with complex needs, providing personalized support and care. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Class Teacher in implementing behavior policies and reinforcing learning.
You will work with pupils who have challenging behaviors and additional learning needs, providing 1:1 and small group support to ensure they stay engaged and motivated. Effective communication with school staff and leadership is essential in this role.
