Make a Difference in the Lives of Children with SEN

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) and helping them thrive in a vibrant learning environment? We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team at Prospero Teaching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students 1:1 or in small groups to achieve their educational goals.
  • Assist with learning activities, social interaction, and personal development.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom atmosphere.
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans.
What We're Looking For:
  • A passion for SEN and a commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Empathy and patience when working with children who require additional support.
  • A team player who can work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
Eligibility:
  • Hold a Right to Work in the UK.
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide two professional child-related references.
