Kitchen Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team at Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd.
About the Role:
- As a Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, providing exceptional customer service and showcasing our products and services.
- You will be responsible for taking phone calls from potential and existing customers, helping them choose the perfect kitchen solutions, and managing leads and customer relationships.
- Additionally, you will perform administrative tasks, such as updating our contact database, managing diaries, and maintaining accurate records.
- This role requires a friendly and engaging demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You must be proficient in using email, Word, Excel, and the Microsoft Suite.
- Previous showroom experience is beneficial, but a strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team are essential.
- This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, with occasional Saturdays required on a rota basis.
- We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 basic salary (pro rata) and a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days holiday pro rata and a pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers visiting our showroom.
- Take phone calls from potential and existing customers, responding to their queries and concerns.
- Help customers choose the perfect kitchen solutions, including kitchen doors, worktops, handles, and other products.
- Manage leads and customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as updating our contact database, managing diaries, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and customer service experience, preferably in a showroom environment.
- Proficient in using email, Word, Excel, and the Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays on a rota basis.
