About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Be-IT. As a key member of our Cloud Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and resilient delivery of our cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Azure Proficiency: You will have expertise in navigating the Azure portal and working effectively with Excel, including creating and managing pivot tables.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with our Cloud Operations and Platform Engineering teams to enhance the efficiency and resiliency of our platforms.
  • Task Management: You will execute a range of tasks including analysis, reporting, and developing robust processes for capacity and resiliency management.
  • Support: You will provide our Service Delivery and Account Management teams with capacity-related information for customer presentations.
Requirements
  • Azure Expertise: You will have experience in cost management and Azure Monitor.
  • Experience in Cost Management: You will have a strong understanding of virtual resource billing in Azure.
  • Data Proficiency: You will be skilled in working with data, generating reports, and presenting statistical information.
  • Disaster Recovery: You will have experience conducting disaster recovery drills.
