Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for heading up specialist projects and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and forecasts to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
