Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a variety of construction projects, managing costs, budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost estimating and budgeting for projects
  • Site visits to monitor progress and ensure projects are on track
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Working on dynamic projects across multiple sectors
Requirements:
  • Quantity Surveyor or similar qualification
  • Construction background and experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
