About the Role:

As a Travel Money Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers navigate the world of foreign exchange. You will work closely with our retail customers to understand their travel needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

You will be the face of Travelex, working in a fast-paced retail environment and handling large amounts of cash and currency on a daily basis. Your attention to detail and numerical proficiency will be essential in ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures
