About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transformation Sales Specialist to join our team at Progresso Search. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the SAP S/4HANA transformation services market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential customers who are SAP Financials customers looking to migrate to a SAP 4/Hana cloud-based ERP solution.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including scheduling appointments and initial meetings with prospects.
  • Nurture relationships with customers and lead them through the sales cycle with our technical professionals.
  • Monitor the progress of opportunities and lead customers to the end of the sales process.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its benefits, including improved business processes and data management.
  • Ability to present the value proposition of SAP S/4HANA to customers and influence decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with ERP software, data structures, and algorithms, as well as basic SQL knowledge.
  • Relevant degree and certifications related to SAP, HANA, are advantageous.
