Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Test Phases: Oversee test phases across multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure quality and successful project delivery.
  • Test Coordination: Coordinate with IT and business users to prepare, execute, and report on test progress.
  • Team Management: Manage test teams, prioritizing workloads and ensuring continuous development.
  • Test Progress Monitoring: Monitor test progress, report defects, and provide actionable feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of the testing process.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing roles, with strong hands-on experience.
  • Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, TFS, and ALM.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including API, cross-platform, and non-functional testing.
  • Tools and Technologies: Experience with C#,.NET, HTML, SQL, Postman, and SOAP UI.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with development teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Certification: ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Automation Testing: Experience in automation testing and writing scripts from scratch (Selenium WebDriver is a bonus).
