Job Summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our national client on a permanent basis. Our client is a leading provider in facilities management solutions, delivering top-tier services across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of electrical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical components, such as wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and contractors to coordinate repairs and upgrades.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment.
Requirements
  • Qualified to at least City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar role within the facilities management industry.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
  • Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations.
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Package
  • Competitive salary between £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience).
  • Van & fuel card supplied.
  • Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week).
  • Participation in an 'out of hours' on call rota (to be confirmed).
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
