**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our site-based facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Maintenance and Repair:**
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on building plant, equipment, and systems to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
    • Carry out fault diagnosis on mechanical and electrical equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • **Emergency Response:**
    • Respond to Building Management System alarms and escalate as necessary to ensure prompt emergency repairs.
  • **Electrical Maintenance:**
    • Perform all standard electrical maintenance tasks, including testing and inspection of electrical systems.
  • **Qualifications and Experience:**
    • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Maintenance or equivalent.
    • 17th/18th Edition or equivalent electrical certification.
    • Experience of critical environment facilities maintenance, including UPS systems, BMS operation, emergency standby generators, and dual-fed systems.
  • **Additional Requirements:**
    • Formal training in mechanical and electrical services maintenance.
    • City & Guilds 236 parts 1 & 2 (or later) qualification.
    • 2391 & HVAP certification.
