Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at TRS (Technical Recruitment Solutions). As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with the sales team to arrange quotations for future projects, and attending project handover meetings to confirm all project details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage numerous projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Work with the sales team to arrange quotations for future projects, identifying potential opportunities and developing strategies to secure new business.
  • Attend project handover meetings to confirm all project details, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing risks.
  • Purchase all equipment and manage sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Electrical knowledge and understanding of cabling.
  • Knowledge of data centers or network technology.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to manage site teams effectively.
