Job Title: Electrician - Maintenance

We are seeking skilled Electricians to join our team to undertake planned maintenance, installation, alteration, and repair work in a commercial and domestic setting in the heart of York.

Your Requirements
  • Craft trade apprentice, trained to City and Guilds Level in the core trade or equivalent qualifications or experience.
  • Full UK Driving licence.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations & procedures, for example COSHH and risk assessment and understanding of Electricity at work regulations.
  • Demonstrable building services experience obtained within a building service environment and knowledge and ability to implement practical techniques used in relevant work area.
  • Extensive experience of health and safety risk management techniques which are applicable to an estates function.
  • Ability to assess non-routine problems by suggesting solutions.
  • Flexible approach to workload and hours in order to meet changing needs or circumstances.
  • Evidence of upholding our behaviours as detailed within the accompanying person specification.
