About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our Inclusion team at Kettering Science Academy. As a Behaviour Key Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students, while demonstrating awareness of policies and procedures related to child protection, health, safety, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with a range of special educational needs
  • Work one-to-one and with small groups to promote inclusion and acceptance
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to deliver the curriculum
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
