Overview
In the role of QSHE Manager, you will spearhead our client's dedication to establishing, executing, and upholding the QSHE standards throughout the organization.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Integrated Management System. This includes the implementation, auditing, and revision of all documentation related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
This position is ideal for an individual currently functioning at an Advisor level who is eager to advance into a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities as QSHE Manager:
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing the Integrated Management System to ensure adherence to QSHE standards and relevant legislation.
- Overseeing risk management processes, including the maintenance of risk and legal registers, and escalating issues as needed.
- Facilitating staff training and development to ensure comprehension of QSHE standards and their importance to business objectives.
- Implementing, monitoring, and auditing QSHE performance, including emergency management and business continuity strategies, ensuring compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Providing guidance, support, and coaching to all personnel regarding company policies and procedures, and completing assigned tasks and projects as required.
Required Skills and Experience for QSHE Manager:
- Auditor Qualification in ISO 9001/14001/18001.
- NEBOSH / IEMA certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Natural aptitude for problem-solving and performing well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
