Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Founders Arms. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team and contributing to the success of our pub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leadership and management experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
