Key Responsibilities:
- Account Oversight: Manage resident accounts, ensuring the accurate preparation and distribution of annual service charge notifications, daily payment tracking, and maintaining precise account balances.
- Invoice Processing: Effectively import invoices into Xero software and handle refunds as necessary.
- Resident Interaction: Update and maintain resident contact databases in accordance with GDPR, and assist with service charge inquiries through various communication channels.
- Relocation Support: Collaborate with residents and solicitors, manage account statements, and facilitate the conveyancing process.
- Credit Management: Monitor outstanding payments, issue reminders, and take appropriate actions on overdue payments, including debt recovery processes.
- Payment Plan Administration: Establish and renew GoCardless payment arrangements, reconcile monthly statements, and follow up on defaults.
- Assistance to Accounts Leadership: Provide critical background information, including tracking property ownership, and support various administrative functions.
What We're Seeking:
- Experience: A solid background in Credit Management.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Xero software and a good understanding of payment processing systems like GoCardless.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of addressing resident inquiries professionally.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Knowledge Base: Understanding of GDPR and Land Registry applications is a plus.
This position requires 30 hours of work per week, spread over 4 days, primarily in an office environment.
A vehicle is necessary due to the rural location.
