Role Overview

In the capacity of a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be integral to your team, leveraging your technical knowledge to bolster our manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that both raw materials and finished products undergo rigorous testing to comply with the highest quality standards and business specifications. This role offers a diverse range of tasks, including analytical assessments, conducting investigations, and performing validation testing activities. You will also be expected to assist in resolving various team actions related to CAPA/LIRs, change control, audit actions, and updates to standard operating procedures and methodologies.

Required Experience

  • Extensive experience with chromatographic techniques (HPLC and/or C) and spectroscopic methods, as well as classical analytical techniques.
  • Strong understanding of GMP and Data Integrity principles within quality control settings.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, laboratory, or a related industry.

Your Qualifications and Attributes

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biology.
  • Proficient in drafting standard operating procedures and conducting laboratory investigations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, a focus on quality, and a willingness to learn and improve.
  • A strong commitment to quality, standards, and integrity.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early, day, and late shifts.
