Sales Administrator Opportunity

Location: Golden Leas Holiday Park

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: £19,050.00

Shift Patterns: 4 Days per week inc 1 weekend day

We are seeking a well-organised Sales Administrator to join our team at Golden Leas Holiday Park. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Golden Leas offers a unique and idyllic base for your Isle of Sheppey adventure. Whether you're enjoying the stunning beaches, taking a walk or bike ride in the fresh air, or making fond memories in the arcades, there's something for everyone.

We are looking for a person with good computer skills, who is a people person with high customer service skills and enjoys being in front of people. The role will include using spreadsheets to control costs and track owner's jobs, creating moving and siting sheets, ensuring owners aftersales are completed, and completing the sales paperwork for new deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating moving and siting sheets
  • Ensuring owners aftersales are completed
  • Completing the sales paperwork for new deals
  • Creating the contractors job sheets
  • Updating the websites with stock photo's
  • Taking photos of new stock

Requirements:

  • Experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given
  • We are looking for positive, friendly, energetic individuals, with a "can do" attitude
