We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Design Professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects through all RIBA work stages, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Support tender packages, concept designs, and planning applications, utilizing technical knowledge and expertise.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
- Attend construction sites, address contractor queries, and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience collaborating with various industry professionals, including contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, with a focus on sustainable building practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Part 3 Qualified Architect or Qualified Architectural Technologist.
- 5 years of UK domestic project design experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, with experience in using other design software an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CIAT Registration, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry standards.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop, enhancing visual communication skills.
- Experience with Enscape, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance design and visualization.
