We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to lead our Family team at ACHUMAN CAPITAL. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for managing a busy workstream of Matrimonial and Family cases.
The Role:
You will be working closely with our clients to provide expert advice and guidance on Family law matters. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established and respected law firm and take on a leadership role in our Family team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Family Solicitors and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our Family practice
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Family law matters to clients
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Stay up-to-date with changes in Family law and ensure our team is equipped to handle complex cases
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in NI
- 5 PQE+ in Family & Matrimonial law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Skilled at handling sensitive and confidential matters
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
