Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a care unit.
- Assist with clinical responsibilities, including medication administration, care plan reviews, and maintaining accurate records.
- Lead and manage a team of Care Assistants, ensuring effective communication during shift handovers.
- Support the training and integration of new staff members, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals.
- Provide assistance with various personal care tasks for residents.
Key Qualifications:
- Completion or progress towards an NVQ Level 3 in Care.
- Strong motivation, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for teamwork.
- Previous experience in a similar role, along with a commitment to enhancing the lives of those in your care.
