Aerodynamics Operations Engineer
As a key member of the Aerodynamics In-Service Aircraft team, this role provides an exciting opportunity within the aerospace sector. The position is pivotal in delivering operational assistance to various Aerodynamics specialist teams engaged in multiple aircraft programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate New Business initiatives, including concept creation, scope determination, and bid assistance
- Assist specialist teams in the preparation and upkeep of Aerodynamics programs, collaborating with partner organizations and various engineering teams
- Manage ongoing tasks utilizing the Engineering Task Management System (ETMS) while applying agile methodologies and rolling wave planning
- Evaluate team performance metrics through ETMS to identify areas for enhancement
- Assess resource needs based on anticipated workloads to ensure efficient workflow and optimal schedule and cost performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in an engineering team environment
- Proven track record of working with clients, suppliers, or partners on engineering projects
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication capabilities
- Degree in a STEM discipline
