Work Schedule:
We offer a flexible working arrangement, requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, organized on a rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and provide tailored care and treatment aimed at the rehabilitation of clients.
• Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and relevant professional standards as the designated nurse or key worker for a specific group of patients.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized care to a designated group of patients, their families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate effectively as a vital member of the team, assisting each patient in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain a flexible approach to working hours to accommodate the needs of the service around the clock.
Qualifications:
• A valid NMC Pin registration.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.K.
