We are excited to partner with a leading global FMCG business to recruit a Senior Demand Planning Specialist. As a key member of the supply chain team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing demand planning strategies that drive business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the demand review cycle for multiple European countries, ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory management
  • Develop and maintain advanced forecasting models, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to drive business growth through strategic communication and data analysis
  • Compile and review weekly/monthly reports for demand KPI analysis, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Manage inventory levels across Europe, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, with a strong background in S&OP and forecasting
  • Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends
