About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Chief Operating Officer to join our Strategy and Technology Group at CLevelCrossing. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing the business model for STG to support overall profitable growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Growth Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a multi-year growth strategy, achieving growth, margin, market share expansion, colleague engagement, and client experience targets.
  2. Change Management: Enable and drive transformation and changes needed in support of the Growth Plan.
  3. Operating Model: Develop an effective operating model that enables the execution of the growth strategy.
  4. Risk Management: Ensure effective processes are embedded across STG to lead business risk within the appetite.
  5. Innovation: Identify new solutions and partnerships to develop new client propositions.
  6. People and Network: Attract, lead, motivate, and retain key talent to deliver the people agenda.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in a COO or similar role/function.
  2. Experience in change projects implementing process, organizational, and technology change.
  3. Leadership and influential ability to drive strategic business vision.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships.
  5. Positive attitude and known problem-solver who anticipates issues and suggests innovative solutions.
  6. Demonstrated ability to develop a team that requires decisiveness, quick turnarounds, and quality output.
