About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Resolve Serious Injury team, supporting clients with a wide range of claims valued up to £50k.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist on sub £50k Motor and EL/PL claims, including MOJ portal and litigated cases.
  • Take instructions from clients and provide legal advice, including obtaining medical and other evidence, instructing Counsel, and assisting with litigation tasks.
  • Achieve time recording and fee income targets to ensure profitable working.
  • Attend and contribute to team/practice area meetings and comply with directions/decisions to achieve team objectives.
  • Stay up to date with changes in relevant law and practice and attend training events to ensure up-to-date legal knowledge and best practice.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous claims handling experience.
  • Empathy and compassion to guide clients through challenging personal circumstances.
  • A friendly, enthusiastic, and can-do approach.
  • Enthusiasm for building a career as a Paralegal.
  • Case handling experience of FT cases in and out of FRC portal in EL/PL/OL/RTA (ideal).
  • Litigation experience (ideal).
