Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Consilium Recruit. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers across various sectors, including compressed air and gas generation equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and promote the business's after-sales and repair capability
  • Provide technical support to customers over the phone and on-site, including conducting diagnoses, planned maintenance, and repair jobs
  • Work as the sole engineer for the business at customer sites, building strong and effective working relationships
  • Present a highly professional, technically knowledgeable, and flexible approach to your work

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Engineer working in a mobile capacity supporting customer sites
  • Valid driving license
  • Relevant technical or engineering qualification
  • Excellent customer care and support skills
  • Good level of commercial awareness
