About the Role

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the home, including staff supervision and training
  • Ensuring the home meets the highest standards of care and support for our young people
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the home's compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Working closely with our clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure the home's financial stability

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children's home
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
  • A full UK driving license, held for at least 12 months
