Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming and assisting clients with their inquiries and purchases.
- Efficiently process sales orders through the company’s order management system.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels as necessary.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment and distribution.
- Offer post-sales support and follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction.
- Ensure the showroom and trade counter area is kept tidy and organized.

Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a showroom, trade counter, or sales order processing role is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Basic understanding of accounting and cash handling processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAGE software is a plus.

Working Hours:
Standard working hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Friday.

Compensation:
A competitive salary will be offered, commensurate with experience.
