We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible Trade Counter Assistant to join our team at Blue Arrow - Belfast. As a Trade Counter Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting our trade counter operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our trade customers
  • Support the trade counter team in achieving sales targets
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a trade counter or sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work 1 Saturday in 3
