About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James Ltd in Liverpool. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our Property Consultancy, working on a variety of commercial and residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert quantity surveying services to clients, including cost planning, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Work closely with our team of property consultants to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of our business, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a UK Consultancy or PQS firm.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential real estate projects, including cost management and contract administration.
- RICS accredited degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Eager to complete APC or currently working towards it.
