Customer Service Executive - Aftersales Support

You will be joining a small customer service team of a world leading component supplier, providing high levels of customer service to support their aftermarket customers and internal teams. This role is going to be busy, varied and will involve customer enquiries, order processing, and problem solving.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Process customer delivery available enquiries, orders, schedules and return claims.
  2. Coordinate closely with purchasing and logistics on deliveries and backlogs.
  3. Load all customer pricing and run price files.
  4. Run forecast reports and price files for the Sales Director.
  5. Resolve and action any issues with regards to customer orders and deliveries.
  6. Prepare reports to key customers on a weekly and bi-weekly basis.
  7. Provide support to the account managers with sample orders.
  8. Have close working relationships with internal teams: Warehouse and accounts.
  9. Proactive sales support.
Key Skills and Attributes:
  1. Genuine enthusiasm and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  2. A driven individual with a commercial mindset.
  3. Excellent organisational skills.
  4. Relationship builder with strong communication skills.
  5. Demonstrable ability to show initiative and work as part of a team.
  6. Accurate data input skills with experience of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & Teams).
  7. SAP experience would be a great benefit.
  8. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise your time well.

Please note due to the rural location all applicants will need access to their own transport for this role.
