Insurance Broker Role at Red 10

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to join our team at Red 10. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on commercial insurance products, and negotiating with insurers to secure the best terms for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring top-tier service and identifying client needs.
  • Insurance Product Expertise: Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products, recommending tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms for clients, and communicate effectively with clients and insurers.
  • Portfolio Management: Handle renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments with precision and efficiency, ensuring seamless portfolio management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with industry regulations, maintaining full FCA compliance and ensuring that all client interactions are compliant.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Insurance Broker, ideally in commercial lines.
  • Background: Strong background in managing insurance portfolios across various sectors.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients and insurers.
  • Certification: Cert CII (or working towards) is highly desirable.
