We are seeking a skilled Producing Broker to lead the production and origination of warranty and indemnity and tax insurance business for our M&A insurance brand.

The ideal candidate will have experience in transactional risks products such as W&I and tax insurance, with a strong appetite to move into a production/origination role. We are also interested in speaking with individuals from law firms, accounting practices, and private equity funds with a legal or M&A foundation interested in building a career in the M&A insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and develop relationships across the M&A community (accountants, law firms, private equity funds, etc.)
  • Have access to a team of Technical Brokers who will take lead on placing the insurance with Insurers
  • Originate and produce warranty and indemnity and tax insurance business
