Expleo Group UK Jobs is currently recruiting for an Automotive Interiors Development Engineer to join our Research and Development Team. As an Automotive Interiors Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of Automotive Interiors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Automotive Interior designs and concepts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Styling, Product Planning, and Purchase, to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Conduct cost breakdown analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Utilize CAD interrogation skills to analyze and optimize design performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant design or engineering field.
  • Previous experience in Automotive Interiors development, with a strong understanding of design and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel globally.
