Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Actuarial professional to lead our team at HFG Insurance Recruitment. As the Head of Actuarial, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of actuarial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the actuarial team in the design, development, and maintenance of actuarial models and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.
  • Develop and implement actuarial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide actuarial expertise and guidance to support business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices in actuarial systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in actuarial systems and processes, with a strong technical background in Python, Microsoft Cloud, C Sharp, and R Shiny.
  • Actuarial or actuarial reporting background, with a strong understanding of complex actuarial projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects to success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
