Accountancy Practice Manager

TPF Recruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join a firm of accountants based in East Kent. As a Client Manager, you will work in a general practice capacity, providing expert advice and support to clients across accounts, tax, bookkeeping, and VAT.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing statutory accounts to review stage using IRIS
- Assisting with management accounts production
- Personal taxation, corporate taxation, and VAT returns
- General bookkeeping duties using Sage, Xero, or Quickbooks
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff members and trainees
This is a fantastic opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with clients and take ownership of your portfolio. You will have the autonomy to work independently and make a real impact on the business.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience within an accountancy practice
- AAT/ACA/ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience
- Hands-on experience of accounts, tax, and VAT preparation
