Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification or working towards it (support for CIPD L3 is desirable).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in 360 recruiting, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK Employment Law and best practices in resourcing, with a proactive approach to compliance.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, with a strong understanding of recruitment technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and persuasion abilities, with a strong communication style.
  • Autonomous work ethic with strong initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of confidentiality and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure, with a strong attention to detail.
