Operations Director - Fabrication and Manufacturing

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Director to join our client, a specialist manufacturer with a strong reputation for technical excellence.

As Operations Director, you will be responsible for the site operations, including production, finishing, distribution, and quality. You will have full autonomy to control end-to-end high-specification projects and be recognized as the site technical specialist.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day production of a niche product range
  • Control end-to-end high-specification projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Background in welding and fabrication

  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
